Born :1956, Tangail, Bangladesh
He Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and received his Master from M.S. University, Baroda, Gujrat, India.
He is major solo exhibition held in L’ Alliance Francaise, Dhaka, Bangladesh in 1986,1989,1997 and in centre art Gallery, India in1996. In 2000 and 2009 Bengal Gallery of fine arts held his solo exhibition also held in Jehangir art Gallery Mumbai in 2002 and 2014. 2003,2004,2008 at Shilpangan art Gallery Dhaka. At Gallery Gora, Montreal in 2004 and Kunj Art Gallery Karachi in 2006. At Veda, Bangalore Art Gallery in 2013 and at Galleri Kaya, Dhaka in 2010, 2014 and 2017.
1990 he received Honourable Mention at 9th National Art Exhibition, Bangladesh. Received Honourable Mention at 5 Asian Art Biennial, Bangladesh and 1995 and “Grand Award”, at 7 Asian Art Biennial, Bangladesh.
